High Silica, Low Iron: Xingya silica products feature high silica and low iron content. During grinding, the main wear component is SiO₂, which does not contaminate the raw materials, making them suitable for a wide range of grinding applications.

Applications: Based on these characteristics, Xingya silica pebbles and grinding balls are widely used for crushing and grinding raw materials in the following industries:

• Ceramics: SiO₂ is a key component in ceramic bodies, directly affecting thermal stability, chemical stability, hardness, and mechanical strength. High SiO₂ content improves sintering temperature, wear resistance, hardness, and thermal expansion properties of ceramic products.

• Glass: SiO₂ forms the backbone of glass, determining its physical and chemical properties. It increases the viscosity of the glass melt, reduces crystallization tendency, and enhances chemical and thermal stability.
