Application

High Purity: The silica pebbles produced by Dalian Xingya Silica Processing Plant have a high silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content of over 99%, ensuring no contamination of the raw materials during grinding.

Excellent Wear Resistance: With high hardness (Mohs hardness 8) and chemical stability, our high-silica pebbles exhibit outstanding wear resistance under various conditions, making them ideal for high-intensity grinding applications.

Uniform Particle Size: Through precise processing and secondary screening, our high-silica pebbles achieve a consistent particle size distribution, meeting the specific requirements of different industrial applications.

High Silica, Low Iron: Xingya Silica products feature high silica and low iron content. During grinding, the wear mainly contributes SiO₂, preventing contamination of the raw materials and making the pebbles suitable for a wide range of grinding applications.
